Welcome to our site, we have built our first development of three enviromentaly friendly homes in Falkirk. This development is unique in Scotland with many ECO friendly features,to make your home more comfortable to live in and with.

Only one of our superb ECO Homes is available on this unique development.

Our heating and hot water comes from under the ground utilising the natural energy from underground.

We have designed the homes to utilise the POWER of NATURE to heat the houses and supply hot water, while using wood from sustainable forests for the construction.

Our insulation is Sheep wool THERMAFLECE which is "Healthy to use, healthy to live with".

The heating for each of the housed is provided by a NIBE fighter 1140 ground source heat pump which takes energy from deep in the earth to provide Heating  and Hot Water

Each of the homes has three Solar Panels fitted on the roof to provide extra hot water and uses the heat from the sun as an energy source. Not expensive gas.

The windows are triple glazed for comfort and sound reduction.

We are very proud of our development which is probably the only development of its type, built to a very high standard with systems that other builders are now following.
